What to Bring and Expect:
- Snacks and Water: We will provide light snacks and water to keep you refreshed.
- Clothing: Wear layers as it can sometimes get cold due to air conditioning. We will also take outdoor breaks, so dress comfortably.
- Mindset: Come with an open mind, ready to learn and have fun!
Activities Overview:
You will experience a variety of activities including yoga, crystal healing and bracelet making, mindfulness and meditation, positive self-talk, forest bathing, and learning about foods that heal. Each session is designed to equip you with tools and techniques to manage stress, and worry, and enhance your overall well-being.
